Athena Stall is a 13 year old who resides with her legal guardian/grandmother, Susan Shawley, and her guardian's partner, Lisa Josavi in La Crosse, WI. Athena has lived with Susan and Lisa since she was a toddler. Her biological mother is located in Mt. Horeb, and her father is located in La Crosse. Athena has some irregular contact with her biological parents.
