About Us

We are a family of 8. We adopted 5 of our 6 kids through foster care. Our children all have differing needs and have very traumatic pasts that require extra support. JJ is a fun loving kid who enjoys being active and playing sports. He's a 4th grader and is very sweet. He has defiant disorder and thrives off of structured times. We would be looking for care primarily outside of the home for him to get 1:1 attention.

How You Can Help

We are looking for someone to spend one on one time with JJ. He loves sports and to be active. We would like a respite provider that will take JJ to the park or on a bike ride or throw the ball outside. JJ also loves to read, play board games and build Legos so we would love someone that could spend time doing those things with JJ in public, at their house or possibly our house. We are looking for someone to be a good role model and build a bond with JJ. Weekend care would be preferred but after school care would also be beneficial.
