About Us

Our family values creativity, responsiveness, and calm. Both parents have full-time jobs, as well as creative pursuits (artist, writer). Noah (9 and in third grade), enjoys playing video games (mainly Roblox) with friends, watching funny videos, and listening to music. Elliot (12 and in 7th grade), enjoys gaming online with friends and spending time with his dog. Lucy (standard poodle, age 4.5) likes barking at squirrels and chilling out with as many pillows as possible. Stella (cat, age 16) likes sleeping in front of the hot air vent and "talking" to her people when it's time for food. Someone who likes video games or creating videos would be great!

How You Can Help

We are looking for someone who is kind, flexible, and responsive--sort of low-key in approach--who can spend time with Noah and address needs that come up in the moment. We're looking for someone who can follow Noah's lead and engage in activities that he enjoys, or just sit back and be present with him while he engages in activities. Noah prefers people who are soft-spoken and can help him to co-regulate / decrease his anxiety levels. We are hoping to give him a chance to gain confidence, trust, and a sense of safety with someone outside our immediate family. Looking for one day a week plus a 4-5 hour span on the weekend.
