Sanjay is a 9-year-old boy who lives with his family in Verona. Sanjay lives with his mom and dad; his grandparents visit from India frequently. Sanjay is a silly, curious kid who loves to watch videos on YouTube, and enjoys singing along to his favorite songs. His favorite activities include spinning his favorite toys, playing in the backyard, playing with water, jumping, and swinging. Due to his diagnosis, Sanjay requires constant supervision throughout the day. Sanjay's parents are looking for additional assistance with Sanjay to give them a break from caregiving throughout the day.

How You Can Help

Sanjay's family is looking for a patient, kind, creative, and strong respite provider. They prefer someone who has some experience in navigating aggression and behavioral concerns, including biting, pinching, and hair-pulling. Sanjay's respite provider may be responsible for providing Sanjay with snacks throughout the day. Parents administer Sanjay's medication, but training will be provided by parents as needed regarding Sanjay's medical concerns (acid reflux and epilepsy).
