About Us

Our family includes mom, Youyou, his 10-year-old sister Amber, and his grandma Bin. Youyou’s father is currently living in China. We are a friendly and caring family, and we work together to support Youyou’s routines, communication, safety, and emotional needs. Because Youyou needs close supervision, we would greatly benefit from respite care to help care for him during lunch time and nap time.

How You Can Help

We are looking for a respite companion who is kind, patient, caring, and good with children. We would like someone who can play with Youyou through simple activities such as crafts, coloring, and games. Responsibilities would include picking him up from the school bus stop, bringing him home safely, helping with lunch, and supporting nap time. Since Youyou is very energetic and moves quickly, close supervision is very important. We hope the respite companion can fit into our family routine and provide Youyou with safe, caring, and positive support.
